For example, in the case of clip-in extensions, 100 grams of extensions will be a good choice when your hair is thin, which will allow you to add volume. 200 grams of clip-in hair will be a good choice for both normal and thick hair.
As for the tape-in method, 150-200 grams of hair is usually used to extend and thicken the hairstyle at the same time. However, remember that depending on the current state of your hair, the required amount of hair needed to achieve the desired effect may vary.
