1. Import duties, taxes & fees

Since our warehouse is located in Poland and your order will be shipped internationally, certain import fees may apply when your package arrives in the United States or the United Kingdom.

These fees are determined by the local customs authority and are not included in the total at checkout. The key factors influencing these charges are:

• the country where the product is made,
  
• the type of goods,
  
• the current customs policies of the U.S. or U.K. government.
  

Who bears the cost of customs fees?

The customer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or additional charges when the order arrives. These fees are collected directly by the courier service at the time of delivery.

2. How customs charges are calculated?

• United States: Certain goods, especially those manufactured in China, may be subject to additional duties under U.S. trade regulations.
  
• United Kingdom: Orders shipped from Poland may be subject to U.K. import VAT (20%) and customs duties, depending on the value and type of product.
  

The country of origin of each product is listed under “SAFETY INFORMATION”. Some couriers may also charge brokerage fees for handling the customs process on your behalf.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for up-to-date information on applicable charges.

3. VAT / Sales Tax

• United States: You won’t be charged VAT (Value Added Tax) on your order. The price you see on our website is exclusive of VAT.
  
• United Kingdom: Prices on our website are shown exclusive of U.K. VAT. Local import VAT (currently 20%) and any duties will be charged by customs/courier upon delivery.
  

4. Estimated delivery times

We aim to ship out all orders as swiftly as possible. Estimated delivery time: 4 to 21 working days.

Please note that delays may occur if the package is held by customs. If you see "Held at Customs" in your tracking information, don’t worry — check your email for updates from the courier, or contact them directly.

5. Shipping costs

• United States: $100 flat rate.
  
• United Kingdom: £18 flat rate.
  

At checkout, you’ll pay for:

• the ordered products,
  
• shipping costs.
  

Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are not included and will be charged separately upon delivery.

6. Returns & refunds

If you need to return an item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Customs duties and taxes paid on your order are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery due to unexpected customs charges, you’ll still be responsible for return shipping costs and any additional handling fees.
