How do I order products?

STEP 1

After selecting the products you are interested in, go to the checkout.

STEP 2

You can create an account or order products without logging in - as a GUEST. Creating an account will give you access to your order history, payment confirmations and shipment tracking.

STEP 3

The system will ask you to select your address details. In case if you want to receive an invoice, contact us through contact form before placing an order.

STEP 4

Our store allows payment by credit card or e-wallet ApplePay, GooglePay.

STEP 5

Order Summary. Verify that all data is correct.

STEP 6

Confirm your order, accept the terms and conditions and make payment.

STEP 7

The system will generate an order number that you can track in your account.

Once we receive your order, we will begin processing it, to deliver it to you as soon as possible.

STEP 8

Shipments within EU will be delivered according to the information of the selected courier company.

After delivery, you can enjoy your purchases 🥰

What form of delivery can I choose and how much will it cost?

Within the EU, we offer standard shipping only. Delivery costs depend on the delivery address.

Information about how much you will pay will be given in the shopping cart.

How long will I have to wait for my order?

We make every effort to have your order processed and shipped as soon as possible.

The order processing time is 2-3 business days. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time within the EU depends on the courier company and delivery address.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status by logging into your account.

If you have made a purchase as a GUEST, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us regarding the processing of your order and shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

In a situation where you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately through the contact form. Be sure to include your order number, which is displayed after shopping and appears in the email automatically sent to you after payment.

Cancellation of your order is possible before it is shipped.

What if my order is incorrect?

We do our best to ensure that your order is complete and consistent.

However, if you notice any discrepancies or errors in the order you received, please check the email confirmation or order history in your account first to make sure it was placed correctly.

Unfortunately, we do not process cash on delivery (COD) payments in our store.
