RETURNS

STEP 1

You can return the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Carefully pack all returned products so that they are not damaged during transport. Fill out the return form and include it in the package. Make sure that the product is in its original packaging and has not been opened.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments or shipments from parcel lockers.

STEP 3

Once the package arrives at our warehouse, it will be checked. We will refund your money within 14 days. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account you specify.

COMPLAINTS

Purchased products are covered by a 30-day warranty valid from the date of receipt of the goods. Carefully pack all claimed products so that they are not damaged during transport. Fill out the complaint form and include it in the package.
