Removing keratin-bonded strands: Spray the bond area at the root, making sure the remover fully
saturates the bond. Wait a moment for the formula to start breaking it down. Then use keratin removal pliers to gently crush the bond. Once the bond becomes flexible and starts to crumble, carefully slide off the extension strand. The process should not require pulling if the bond is still holding, reapply the remover and allow it to work a little longer.

Removing tape-in extensions: Spray the adhesive area close to the root and wait a moment for the product to activate. Then gently remove the tape-in extension from the hair.
