GUIDE

Application of hair extensions using single-sided tapes. For what purpose do we apply them and who are they aimed for?

If you have thin and fine hair, the single-sided tapes 3 cm and 4 cm were created just for you! If the application of two bands with each other may be too much for your hair, try the single attachment method with single-sided tape. By applying a single band with a transparent tape coated with adhesive on one side, you will get a very natural effect.

Application and removal of single-sided tapes

  1. Detangle and then wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo and dry it well.
  2. Make a division of the hair on your head - for this, see our guide on the application of bands.
  3. Lift the separated section of natural hair up (remember about the “barcode”).
  4. Carefully peel off the 3 cm or 4 cm single-sided tape from the paper, elongate it under your hand and stick it from the bottom to the natural hair - keep a min. 2 mm distance from the skin. Do not stretch the hair while gluing it to the tape. Attach a band of hair from above. Squeeze the single-sided tape with the band with your fingers, then push the air outward.
  5. You can also apply the bands in reverse, in which case attach a band of hair from the underside of the natural hair, and the single-sided tape from the top.
  6. We recommend using the method described in para. 4 on the upper parts of the head, and the method described in para. 5 on the lower sections of the head. Following these guidelines will make the bands even less invisible.
  7. When removing single-sided tapes, follow the directions in the reapplication guide.
  8. Single-sided tapes are disposable.
