How can I return the goods?

STEP 1

You can make a return within 14 days of receiving the package. To do this, fill out the return form and attach it to the package. Make sure all details are correct. Remember that the returned products must be originally closed and carefully packed so that they are not damaged in transit.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent to us with COD or to Parcel Locker. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

STEP 3

Refunds will be made within 14 days after the shipment arrives at our warehouse. Reimbursement of transaction costs is made by bank transfer.

Complaints

STEP 1

There is a 30 day guarantee for the purchased products. Ship the claimed products tohegter with a completed claim form. Make sure that all data is correct.
