Information regarding the right of withdrawal – consumers

  1. You, as a consumer, have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  2. You, as a consumer, have the right to withdraw from this contract without incurring costs, except for those specified in Articles 33, 34 (2), and 35 of the Consumer Rights Act.
  3. The deadline for withdrawal expires 14 days after taking possession of the goods, according to Article 28 of the Consumer Rights Act.
  4. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or e-mail).
  5. You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
  6. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
  7. The direct costs of returning the product shall be borne by the CONSUMER. The Seller does not accept COD shipments sent back by CONSUMERS.
  8. In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
  9. In the statement of withdrawal, please write your name, full address, telephone number, e-mail address.
  10. If you submit your statement of withdrawal by e-mail, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your statement of withdrawal (on a durable data carrier in the sense of Article 2(4) of the Consumer Rights Act.
  11. You do not have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance, if the subject of the contract is:
    1. non-refabricated goods, manufactured according to the CONSUMER's specifications or serving to meet his individualized needs;
    2. goods that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life;
    3. goods delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening the package for health or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery.
