Wie kann ich die Ware zurückschicken?

SCHRITT 1

Sie können innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt des Pakets eine Rücksendung vornehmen. Füllen Sie dazu das Rücksendeformular aus und legen Sie es dem Paket bei. Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Angaben korrekt sind. Denken Sie daran, dass die zurückgesandten Produkte original verschlossen und sorgfältig verpackt sein müssen, damit sie beim Transport nicht beschädigt werden.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir keine Sendungen gegen Zahlung oder an Paketshops annehmen. Die Kosten der Rücksendung trägt der Käufer.

SCHRITT 3

Rückerstattungen erfolgen innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Eintreffen der Sendung in unserem Lager. Die Erstattung der Transaktionskosten erfolgt per Banküberweisung.

Beschwerden

Für die gekauften Produkte besteht eine 30-tägige Garantie. Schicken Sie die reklamierten Produkte zusammen mit einem ausgefüllten Reklamationsformular ein. Achten Sie darauf, dass alle Angaben korrekt sind.
